2. How the site works

The site's catalogue can be browsed freely. Putting together a list of items and sending a quote request does not complete a purchase: the request reaches us by email, and we reply with actual availability and a quote. The rental is only confirmed through a direct agreement with us (by phone, email or in person) - the site does not process payments or binding bookings online.

3. Rental terms

The specific terms of each rental (rates, any deposit, delivery and collection times, liability for damaged or missing items, any cancellation) are agreed directly with you when the booking is confirmed, and are not set out on these pages.
