Why there is no cookie-consent banner
The law requires prior consent only for profiling or advertising cookies. The cookies used are all technical and necessary for the site to function - for example, without the session cookie it would not be possible to put together a quote list - so consent is not required before using them.
Google Fonts
The pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, an external service. It does not install cookies, but it does mean the browser contacts Google's servers, which may record the IP address according to their own terms.

How does the website work? How do I send a quote request?
It's simple: browse the catalogue and add the items you're interested in to your quote request, using the icon always visible in the top right. Once you're done, open the request, fill in your event details (date, location, number of guests) and send it: we'll get back to you with availability and a quote. What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is one day.
Do you deliver and collect? In which areas?
Yes, we deliver and collect throughout Rome and its province. On request we can also arrange deliveries further afield: get in touch and we will look at it together.
Do I need to wash the tableware and linens before returning them?
No, we take care of the washing. Tableware just needs to have the main food residue removed before being returned; linens can be returned as they are, with no need to wash them. After every rental, tableware and table linen are washed and put through a deep sterilisation process.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance, to make sure everything you need is available. In case of urgency, get in touch anyway: we'll check availability and try to help.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit equal to 30% of the value of the rented items is required. It isn't charged: it works through a credit card pre-authorisation, which temporarily holds the amount without withdrawing it, and is released once the items are returned in good condition.
How can I pay?
We accept credit card (including American Express), bank transfer and cash. Payment must be completed before the items are delivered.
What happens if an item is damaged during the event?
The quote includes any costs that apply in case of breakage or non-return of the rented items, so everything is clear from the start.
Do you rent to private clients or only to companies?
We rent both to private clients, for parties, birthdays, dinners and ceremonies, and to companies, for events, conventions and corporate dinners, as well as to industry professionals such as catering companies, wedding planners and venues.
Do you work with catering companies?
Yes, catering companies are among our main clients. We supply tableware, glasses, cutlery, table linen, buffet and kitchen equipment, even in large quantities, with delivery and collection on request.
How are tableware and table linen cleaned?
After every rental, everything that goes in the dishwasher or washing machine (plates, glasses, cutlery, buffet ware, pots, table linen, covers and cushions) is washed and put through a deep sterilisation process.
Can I see the items in person before renting them?
Of course, you are very welcome at our showroom at Via Cassia Nuova 37 in Rome, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. It is best to book an appointment so we can give you all the time you need, but you can also drop in without one.
Can I collect and return the items myself?
Yes: if you do not need transport, we will have everything ready for you at Via Cassia Nuova 37 and you can collect and return the items yourself.
Is there a minimum order? How much does delivery cost?
There is no minimum order. The cost of transport depends on the delivery area and is shown in the quote.
Can I customise items with my logo?
Yes, some items can be customised with your company logo: the chair with a customisable back, the bar counter, the parasol, the screen, and tablecloths and napkins. Mention it in your quote request and we will give you all the details.
Do you also rent for film sets and photo shoots?
Yes, we supply furniture, accessories and materials for film, TV, advertising and photo sets, suited to different periods and settings.
Do you also sell ice?
Yes, we produce ice cubes for your event and rent insulated containers to transport them and keep them cold until they are needed.
Can I rent tablecloths even if the tables are not yours?
Of course: tell us the shape and size of the tables you will use in your request and we will recommend tablecloths of the right size.
